Every single one of us goes through times in our lives where we feel stuck, trapped, or unsure of the way forward. By discovering what your barriers are we can overcome those and then design a plan as to how to move forward; a step-by-step plan designed for you: a personal strategy for anything relating to the various facets of one's life such as career, finance, relationships, and personal development to name a few.

Personal Strategics is done through one-on-one coaching sessions in person or online and comprise a one-hour session and a regularity that suits the clients’ need and budget.

The core focus of Catalyst Coaching. Some may ask "What is Life Coaching?" this is where the coach and the client enter into a journey together, one that is structured yet buildable.

As a coach, I will meet you where you are at, find out where you want to be, and help you design a path to get to where you need to be. if there are any immediate troubles or concerns, those will be unpacked- through to a certain point. This is so different from psychology; it has a much more forward focus, and answers the question “where to from here”.

As a coach, I will guide you in every element of your life, mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually should that be within your need. As the client you have all the answers you need to move forward, I help remove the barriers, help you find the voice to vocalise those answers, and then build a plan to attain the shift you need. All the time being with you step by step, keeping you accountable and encouraging you always.

Life Coaching is done through one-on-one coaching sessions in person or online and comprise a one-hour session and a regularity that suits the clients’ need and budget.

Using the NBI Brain Analytics Instruments, the client will complete a questionnaire which is a diagnostic survey to measure personal thinking preferences.

Gaining insight as to how we prefer to think can give insight into which careers would be enjoyable, what skills we should be looking to develop, how we interact in our relationships, how we lead, and what areas can be stretched to help us excel in areas in which we need to grow.

Knowing your brain preference gives you an inside look at yourself, which will help you see yourself more clearly, those around you (who have then preferences), and how you relate to your world in general. This perspective is fresh, insightful, and free.

Brain Preference is done through one online question-based assessment with one follow-up session either in person or online to go over the report. The client will also receive a copy of the full report via email.

I have designed two workshops that are available for purchase on a one-on-one basis or in a group setting.

• Love Begins with you: A journey of self-discovery of what it means to love yourself, truly and honestly just the way you are.

*This workshop can be done online. Guided discussion and PowerPoint presentation included.

• Social Media and Self Awareness Workshop: A journey of discovery of self, through an honest look at our immediate reality. We then look at how we, in our real self, relate to the ever-changing, constant comparison, intense world of social media and how we can safeguard ourselves to use social media in a healthy way relating to personal self-development.

*Designed specifically for grade 8 and 9 learners

This workshop can be done online, with guided discussion, PowerPoint presentation, and online/printable workbook included.

I also offer the option to design a workshop specifically to the client's needs, whether that be leadership, finance, or communication to name a few. If the two workshops listed above do not serve the need of the client, I will design one that fills that company/client's specifics.

I have spoken at schools, workshops, and churches. Normally I will design a speech around the clients' specific needs for their function in particular. A draft presentation is mailed to the clients before the presentation is made in specification to clients’ needs and budgets.
